Sit Back and LET Things Happen, or Take Part and MAKE Things Happen!

Back off, if you choose, or have a say in what's going on in our nation.... Our government that is supposed to be Of the people, By the people and For the people has degenerated into one "political party" against the other. Government needs to be devoid of politics altogether.
Somehow, we need to get back to a nation that is operated FOR us, IN OUR BEST INTEREST, and not in the interests of one political party or the other. We need governing individuals that speak FOR our interests, and not for their own petty desires. We have become a nation of non-caring, non-voting lazy people who sit back and say let the state or the national government take care of it. We are no more active in our government or it's policy making endeavors than the people in the oppressed countries we supposedly try to "help'. We need to clean up our own act before we go trying to tell anyone how to do anything. We have got to let go of these things that should be between man and God, and work on the things we CAN make a positive difference in. Send THIS to anyone you want to, because I think you'll find agreement with it anywhere except your state capital or Washington.

Stop Fighting for a Cause that Isn't

Pro-Life, or Pro-Abortion is not the true question. The resounding question is, should an unwanted child that will be neglected by their so-called parents, or farmed out to someone, who in many cases will abuse them be forced to come into this world. EVERY aspect has been considered except this one. AND, if the child is going to arrive malformed, or with one disability or another, should we drag them into existence just so we can feel that we have done the right thing. Who gave one human the right to decide for another human what they can or cannot do with their own body. This IS a Moral ISSUE, but it is one that is between God and the individual. There should never had been any need for legislation on this subject. YOU CANNOT LEGISLATE MORALITY!! And one group of people in this country has to be stopped from forcing their beliefs on the rest of the people.(This applies to BOTH sides of the issue). If you want to brighten the future where the Abortion issue is concerned, GO PUBLIC with a pregnancy prevention campaign! Advertise CONDOMS and BIRTH CONTROL, the way all these new and untested pharmaceuticals are being pushed!!

While our people in the military are fighting and dying to preserve our freedoms in this country, those same freedoms are being eroded, eaten away by the very politicians,Democrats and Republicans alike, that you have either voted for or sat idlely by while they gained office that are supposedly there to safeguard Our Nation. They are padding their pockets and paving their futures while allowing lobbyists and special interest groups to steamroll over any hopes you may have for a brighter future. Allowing big business to up their prices while you are on the bottom, and taxing (even while giving lip service to fewer taxes), SPEAK UP PEOPLE!! If you don't, you MAY lose the right to voice your opinion, as you have already lost your rights in in certain matters of choice. This country is supposed to be governed of,by and for the people. Keep sitting back and waiting for things to get better, or make efforts to CAUSE things to get better!! Or they may get so bad that you have no say about anything. Think it can't happen? Are you compelled by LAW to protect yourself with a seat belt each time you drive? Just one example.....

"Free Enterprise" helping will be the major Economic Salvation

Businesses all over the country are rushing to RAISE their prices, hoping to save their profit margin, during this time of decreased sales. Well, here's a clue. If prices continue to rise, even those who feel they have the money to spend will stop buying all but moderate necessary amounts of anything. And, if, as I feel it can and will, cause a much greater depression than the "Great Depression" was(due to the enormous differences in populus and current financial holdings-holdings that would all become worthless).
MANUFACTURERS AND RETAILERS, CHECK WHAT YOUR PRODUCT REDUCTION AND PRICE INCREASES ARE DOING TO YOUR BOTTOM LINE. Make an effort to produce quality and quantiy(a.k.a. VALUE), and I can personality guarantee your profit margin will not only remain the same, it will grow by leaps and bounds. It won't happen overnight, and there maybe be some corners you round that you take a moderate loss. The benefits will outweigh any minor loss. But the long-term prognosis is that we will make this the GREAT NATION it has been in the past GREATER than ever before! And, don't just say, yeah,yeah,yeah. Try implementing what is stated here!! YOU WON'T Be SORRY!!!

When Meeting Someone for the 1st time...

Everyone notices something about someone they are meeting for the first time, and form a pre judgement before the first word is ever spoken. Many of these precursors are, in reality, totally useless. Shoes, clothes, manner of dress, car arrived in; all genuinely meaningless. and the more seriously mistaken choices for this pre judgement are Race, National origin, hereditary background and variations of these NON-IDENTIFYING characteristics.
I make these references to make THIS statement: We Must learn, or relearn (because Most of us were taught at some point in our early education) to see someone FIRST as a human being, then study their eyes, even before we speak or exchange introductions. Get to know someone, as Martin Luther King,Jr, so eloquently put it,(taken out of context) "by the content of their character"!
